1) Definitely need that Google feature. I was just reading about the latest in grocery self-checkout lines. A camera that can identify the produce or bulk item visually to give you a screen to select the correct product to weigh and price it correctly. I'm thinking if Google could do this with a photo, that would be awesome for your critter identifying. :) He's a pretty little one.

2) Great idea; would really be useful when it comes to identifying moths!!
