9) Well, I'm going to say Speedos, laser-hair removal and not gay. I've got reeeaalllyyy good Gaydar; ask the hubby (Pastafarian) - I'm correct about 95% of the time. Now, if he were on the U.S. Diving Team, then I'd be suspicious.
12) Ohhh...I don't use the word gay unless some is. You know, gay. And yes, he does look a bit silly in a Mr. T sorta' way, but then again, he's a youngster, and they all look kinda' silly once in awhile. HA!
I went to college with a girl who had one of the full-length color posters on the ceiling over her dorm bed. It used to be a big joke to lay on her bed and ooh and ahh over it. Another girl in the dorm, Donna, wasn't the brightest and thought she had the poster because she knew Mark personally (guess she thought you had to know the guy to get one!).
We couldn't resist the joke and convinced her that Mark was a close friend and lived in our hometown (pre-internet--I guess she didn't bother to research it!). We even had a male-friend back home get her a birthday card and sign it "Love, Mark" and mail it to my friend. I guess it was a mean joke in a way but the girl seemed to bring out the worst in us--made us want to tease her or trick her about things. Not one of my best moments but I will always think of her when I think of Mark Spitz and those medals. LOL
You decide.

The poster maybe clarifies the bottom question (at least with Mark!)
