7) At some of our state run (NY) sites, there's a vehicle entry or parking fee. I suppose if you could haul your boat up to the launch without a vehicle, there would be no "launch fee" per se, so good luck pulling your trailer by hand 2 miles down the road to the water. But we also have other public launch sites that are free for use and parking.
