Walk Through Drive Through

I often take Sam out for a walk after I get home from work. This afternoon, Mrs. Limey suggested I go by CVS to pick up her drugs thus killing two birds with one stone. Now, I normally hate drive-throughs passionately but I'll admit that here is where they earn their great big plus sign.
On the way a friendly runaway dog joined us for a little fun so he and Sam played a little while we waited in line.

Bonus: The doggies got a free treat from the pharmacy! Score!

1) We are less than one block from the local CVS-very convenient. I hope his buddy found his home ok.

3) Did they really let you walk through the drive through?? There are many signs here that tell you quite sternly that that is not allowed.

4) Yes, I got the drugs and the dogs got a treat. Why don't they allow it there? I can't see why there's a problem with it.

5) It looks like love at first sight. Did the other dog then just randomly walk away?

7) They probably figure someone will drive in (like that woman who sideswiped the stroller) and don't want to be sued for hit-and-run. At least they might have a drug to keep you pain-free until the ambulance arrives. :)

8) If someone hits me with their car how can I hold the pharmacy responsible? That's ludicrous. The driver of the car would be responsible for that.

9) How do I get sued if some neighbor's child falls on my property when he was neither invited nor encouraged to be there? There are ridiculous stories of burglars suing the owner of the house they broke into and winning the suit! It happens and there are people on juries dumb enough to encourage it.

10) Insanity. I have heard of these crazy cases. They are a waste of time and resources.

11) I'm not arguing the point--just arguing they don't trust the system and don't want to be sued, so they go overboard to avoid it. Like putting a warning on plastic bags (not a toy--do not put over head). Duh!
